Mahesh Babu's summer family entertainer Brahmotsavam is nearing completion. While the main unit is shooting all the important scenes in Hyderabad, a second unit was covering the Rathasaptami prayer rituals inside the temple streets in Tirumala.
However, the second unit members were taken into police custody after the cops were tipped off that a 2-member film's unit is shooting the rituals using high-end digital cameras in the prohibited area and that too without necessary permission.
During the questioning, the videographers revealed that they are shooting for the film's purpose and not for any disrespectful means. Convinced with their explanation, the police freed both the cameramen after sometime.
